If you are just getting started in the real estate business it is a lot easier than most people think. You must first obtain your real estate license (You can sign up for classes that run 4 weeks or 8 depending on your personal schedule). You are eligible to obtain your real estate license if you're over the age of 18, a legal resident, and meet certain other routine criteria. After taking the required courses, to secure your license you will need to fill out an application and take an examination. When you pass the examination, your license will automatically be issued to the Broker that you have chosen to partner with.

As your career develops with us and you begin to build repeat and referral business, your income will also begin to rise, and before you know it, you can be experiencing a very rewarding career in the real estate industry. How do I know? It happened to me - I have been in this industry since 1994. I joined our firm when I was 18 years old. Through my young career, I have been Rookie of the Year in 1995, Outstanding Salesperson in 1996 & 1999, a member of the Presidents Million Dollar Club in 2000, and I received the Certificate of Achievement in 1998. Since I have been an employee I have also received the Employee of the Year award in 2002. Today I am a proud stockholder, and the General Manager/Vice President.
