Pocono Mountains- Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Wilkins & Associates Sales Managers toured their Parent company’s corporate office in Parsippany, NJ.

 

The purpose of the trip was to introduce the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Wilkins & Associates supervisors to the operations team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate corporate, and to christen the new company car.

 

“It was very inspiring to meet the members of our team on the corporate level, our company has some very exciting business opportunities on the horizon”, said Clarice Penna, Director of Career Development. “We are just getting started”.

 

Patricia Blank VP/SM said, “Our NJ team is impressive, I am more than confident with the professionals that are guiding us as a franchise”.

 

In total, four representatives of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Wilkins & Associates not only met in Stroudsburg and carpooled to New Jersey, but they drove the Hybrid company car in support of the firms “going green” initiatives.

 

Lynn Wilklow, Asst VP/SM says, “Our company car is the talk of the town, my daughter wanted me to drive her to school in it this morning. We will be rotating the usage of the car throughout all eight of our offices; our agents can’t wait to use it. It is our travelling billboard”.

Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania November 6, 2008  Cartus, based in Danbury, Conn. and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates, headquartered in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, have entered into an agreement granting Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates the status of Associate Broker in the Cartus Broker Network, the nation’s leading real estate broker & referral network consisting of more than 375 Principal and 600 Associate brokers which serves the clients and customers of Cartus. 

 

The agreement establishes the firm’s relationship with Cartus.  Under the agreement Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates will have the opportunity to manage Cartus’ corporate properties and relocation business within the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates market areas including the Pocono Mtns., Monroe, Pike, Historic Milford, North Pocono and the Mountainhome area.  In addition to its Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania operations, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates have offices in Mt. Pocono, Bushkill, Brodheadsville, Mountainhome, Naomi Pines, Dingmans Ferry and North Pocono.

Pocono Mountains- Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Wilkins & Associates has presented the Arrowhead Lake Community Association with an acknowledgment plaque. The community celebrated the news that Better Homes and Gardens magazine chose Arrowhead Lakes as a HOUSING HOT SPOT and one of the best places to buy a vacation home.

 

The community was chosen due to it being an affordable option to vacation home buyers and the fact that it is located only 90 minutes away from New York City and two hours from Philadelphia. Arrowhead has become a recreation destination for urbanities due to its privacy. The community is adjacent to state game lands, and offers a wide variety of seasonal amenities.
