Take I-76W to exit 331B( I- 476N) stay onI-476N until exit56(22E) continue on 22E to exit for 33N. Merge onto 33N continue to exit for I-80W (exit is on left toward Hazelton), Continue on I-80W to Exit 299 - Tannersville/Rt. 715. Turn right off exit ramp. Turn right at 2nd traffic light onto Rt. 611S. Make left at first traffic onto Rt. 715 north and continue on Rt. 715 to Rt. 191 (approx.) 8 miles. Make a left onto Rt. 191 north continue for approx. 5 miles. Make a right at the Crescent Lodge to stay on Rt. 191 north. Rt. 390 will merge into Rt.191; stay straight to go onto Rt. 390. The Mountainhome office is on the left side just past the Barrett Elementary Center.
