Pre-Arrival information: Lease agreements, payments

- Rental deposit
- A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cashier Check or Money Order. If paying by Cashier Check or Money for initial deposit, reservation is not confirmed until money is received.

- Security deposit
- If Security Deposit Protection is waived, a $500 security deposit is required for stays under 30 days. For stays over 30 days, a $1,000 security deposit is required.
- Cancellation fee
- If Travel Insurance is waived a a $40 Cancellation Fee for any cancellation, except as provided. In the event there is a cancellation 120 days or more prior to taking occupancy, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Wilkins & Associates will reimburse the Tenant fully, except for Cancellation Fee If cancelled 31-119 days prior to taking occupancy., all security deposit money will be forfeited. If cancelled 30 days or less prior to taking occupancy and if not re-rented, all monies on account may be forfeited.
Age Restrictions
- The person leasing the home must be age 25 or older and must be residing at the home during the lease. Proof of age may be required.

- Check-in is easier than ever. Renters go directly to their property and can arrive whenever is convenient. Most properties are eqqiuped with keyless entry or lockbox. If keys are issued and not returned there is a $25 replacement charge.

- There is parking at all homes for at least two vehicles. Most homes have basic telephone service; no long distance available. Internet service is provided at some homes.
- All homes do not permit smoking. There are a limited number that are pet friendly. Please see individual property information for availability.
Vacation Home Amenities
- Homes are furnished and have fully equipped kitchens. Tenants will need to supply linens (sheets and towels), paper goods, firewood and charcoal for non gas grills.
Community Amenities
- Outdoor amenities are generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Indoor pools are generally opened year round with limited hours during winter. Please check Communities for additional amenity information.
