Hiking & Nature Trails in the Poconos
- The Pocono Mountains is abundant with wildlife and natural beauty which makes for excellent nature trails for hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking, and all-terrain vehicles. Most of the State Forest Lands and State Game Lands allow motorized vehicles. These areas offer up some of the Poconos most scenic and unspoiled wilderness. State Parks have restrictions on motorized activities, check with each one to determine their regulations on dirt bikes, mountain bikes and ATVs. These trails are ideal for naturalists, birdwatchers and photographers too. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors in any season.
